Our Foundational Story.
The problem nobody was solving.
Our founders spent years working with service businesses across India and Southeast Asia. The pattern was always the same.
A dental clinic had 60 calls go to voicemail on a Monday. They had one receptionist, and she was at lunch. A competing clinic down the road answered instantly and took those patients. The dental clinic lost $8,000 in potential revenue before 2pm.
A law firm was missing 40% of its web form inquiries because the associate responsible for follow-up was in depositions all week. Those leads went cold. Some hired a competitor.
The tools available were either too expensive (enterprise chatbot platforms at $2,000+/month), too complex (requiring a developer to set up), or too simple (FAQ bots that couldn't book appointments or handle real conversations).
So we built Operator. A complete Operator AI platform that any business owner can deploy in 30 minutes, for the price of a part-time employee's daily rate.

Timeline Roadmap.
From insight to product.
Our founders spent 3 months interviewing dental clinic owners, law firms, and salon managers. The same problem surfaced in every conversation: missed calls and slow responses were losing thousands of dollars every week.
Built a basic AI chat widget for a dental clinic in Mumbai. Within 30 days, they had booked 40+ new patient appointments through the widget — all outside business hours.
The clinic asked: can it answer phone calls too? Six weeks later, the first version of Nexx Voice AI answered its first real inbound call. The caller didn't know it wasn't human.
Expanded to law firms, salons, real estate agencies, and gyms. Each industry had unique needs — we built the Knowledge Base system to handle them without custom engineering.
Added WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. One AI brain now handles all channels from a unified inbox.
Launched the white-label Agency plan. The first agency went from signup to managing 12 client accounts in under 48 hours.
Launched Stripe + Razorpay billing, usage metering, and the full subscription infrastructure. Platform became self-sustaining.
Operatoris now production-ready. Launching publicly to serve thousands of service businesses globally.
