Account setup is where you configure Operator AI with your company details. This ensures Operator AI gives your customers correct information about your business from day one.

# Before You Begin

Have your business name, contact email, phone number, and physical address ready.

# Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start Setup

Click Get Started on the home page.

You should now see the welcome screen.

Step 2: Select Industry

Click the card that best matches your business type.

Click Continue.

Step 3: Enter Business Details

Fill in: - Business Name - Contact Email - Contact Phone - Physical Address

Select your timezone from the dropdown.

Click Launch Workspace.

# What Happens Next

Your business profile is now ready.

Operator AI will use this information when answering customer questions about where you are located or how to contact you.

# Tips

• Use the phone number you want customers to actually call.
• Double-check your timezone so appointments are scheduled correctly.

# Common Problems

Problem: The system says my email is invalid.

Reason: You might have added a space at the end of the email address.

Solution: Check for spaces and make sure you included the "@" symbol.

Can I change this later? Yes. You can update all of these details anytime from the Business Profile page in your dashboard.
