# Overview

Connect your business email address so Operator AI can automatically read, process, and reply to customer emails.

# Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Go to Channels

Click Channels in the left menu.

Step 2: Connect Email

Locate the SMTP / Gmail / M365 Email card and click Connect Host.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

Fill in your email server information: - Integration Label (e.g., "Support Email") - SMTP Host Server (e.g., smtp.gmail.com) - SMTP Port (usually 587) - Username / Account Email - Password (or App Password)

Step 4: Save

Click Save Pipeline.

# Customize Your AI

Once connected, click Settings on the Email card to choose Operator AI's tone of voice and decide if it should reply to every email automatically.
