# Overview

Connect your Instagram account so Operator AI can answer questions from your followers and help them book appointments directly in their DMs.

# Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Go to Channels

Click Channels in the left menu.

Step 2: Connect Instagram

Locate the Instagram DM Channel card and click Connect Page.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

Fill in your account information: - Integration Label (e.g., "Main Instagram") - Facebook Page ID - Instagram Business Account ID - Facebook Page Access Token

Step 4: Save

Click Save Pipeline.

# Customize Your AI

Once connected, click Settings on the Instagram card to adjust Operator AI's tone of voice and choose if it should reply automatically.
