Your business profile contains the core details that Operator AI uses to answer common questions like "Where are you located?" or "What is your phone number?".
# Before You Begin
Have your correct address, contact email, phone number, and social media links ready.
# Step-by-Step Instructions
Click Profile from the left menu.
You should now see the Business Profile settings.
Fill in: - Business Name - Business Bio / Description - Support/Contact Email - Contact Phone Number - Website Link - Physical Location Address - Timezone
Scroll down to the Google Maps & Review Settings section.
Enter your Google Maps link and your Google Review Submission link.
Scroll down to the Social Profile Coordinates section.
Paste the links to your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn pages.
Click Save Business Profile.
# What Happens Next
Your profile is immediately updated across the system.
Operator AI will instantly start using this new information to answer customer questions accurately, and can provide your review links or social media handles when asked.
