Business Profile & Operating Hours

Core Profile Attributes

Manage your company identity under Profile (/profile). These values are stored in the business_profiles and organizations tables:

• Business Name: The legal or public name spoken by the AI receptionist during phone greetings and shown in the chat widget header.
• Industry: The active operational vertical (e.g., *Dental Clinic*, *Legal Services*).
• Website URL: Public website used for links and knowledge syncing.
• Support Email & Inbound Phone: Default contact points where escalation alerts and summaries are directed.
• Physical Address: Street, suite, city, state, postal code, and country.

Operating Hours Configuration

Operating hours are defined for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) under Profile > Operating Hours:

• Times must be entered in 24-hour format (HH:mm).
• If closed: true, the AI will not offer appointment slots for that day and will inform callers that the business is closed.

Timezone Alignment

How the AI Receptionist Uses Your Profile

The AI dynamically receives your profile in its system prompt via businessContextService: - When asked *"Where are you located?"*, it states your exact address. - When asked *"Are you open right now?"*, it computes whether the current time in your timezone falls within that day's open/close window. - When asked for contact details, it provides your registered phone number and email.
