For marketing agencies, MSPs, and resellers, Operator includes dedicated multi-tenant agency management under Agency (/agency):

Under Agency > Sub-Accounts (/agency/sub-accounts):
- Create new client workspaces with custom names, industries, and assigned owners.
- Automatically seed client workspaces with agency-standard templates.
- Track active numbers, appointment volumes, and usage per client.
Using agencyImpersonation and the endpoint /api/agency/impersonate:
- Agency administrators can securely switch context into any client workspace with a single click.
- Allows agency staff to configure knowledge bases, inspect inbox escalations, and tune voice settings on behalf of their clients without asking for client passwords.
