Live Product Simulator

Operator includes an interactive simulator located at /demo that allows you to experience all channels without configuring live carrier credentials: - Voice AI Tab: Simulates an active telephone call dialogue. - Chat Widget Tab: Tests the conversational chatbot and booking flow. - Booking Engine Tab: Displays live availability generation and slot selection. - Dashboard Tab: Shows real-time conversation metrics, lead funnel counts, and scheduled appointments.

Website Widget Testing

1. Open Website Widget (/widget).
2. Verify that Enable Widget is toggled on.
3. Use the Live Interactive Preview panel on the right side of the page to chat with your receptionist directly in your browser.
4. Test asking questions from your uploaded knowledge documents to verify RAG citations.

Testing Inbound Voice Calls

1. Navigate to Voice AI (/voice).
2. Check your assigned virtual phone number.
3. Call the number from any phone.
4. Speak naturally to test speech recognition, latency, and appointment slot booking.
5. Review the audio recording and transcription under Voice > Call History (/voice/history).

Verifying Created Records

After completing a test conversation: - Check Inbox (/inbox) to see the unified thread and message exchange. - Check Leads (/leads) to verify the lead score and captured contact information. - Check Appointments (/appointments) to confirm the appointment was reserved on your calendar.
