Linking Meta Pages & Instagram

Under Channels > Social Messaging (/channels): 1. Connect using your Meta Page Admin Access Token. 2. Select your connected Instagram Professional Account and Facebook Page. 3. Configure the webhook endpoint at https://YOUR_DOMAIN/api/webhooks/meta with your verification token.

Routing & Lead Capture

• When an Instagram follower sends a DM asking for service details or prices, Operator replies instantly.
• If the customer wants to schedule, Operator collects their name, phone number, and email, creating a CRM lead profile and confirming their appointment slot.
