5-Minute Quickstart Guide

Step 1: Create Your Workspace

After signing up at /sign-up, you will enter the Setup Wizard at /setup.

1. Enter your business name and primary website URL.
2. Select your industry template (e.g., *Dental Clinic*, *Salon*, or *Law Firm*).
3. Confirm your operational timezone (e.g., America/New_York or Europe/London).
4. Click Complete Setup. Operator will automatically seed your services, FAQs, qualification flow, and default business hours.

Step 2: Verify Services & Hours

Navigate to Services (/services) and Profile (/profile) in the dashboard: - Ensure your bookable services have accurate durations (e.g., 45 minutes) and prices. - Verify your staff operating hours in Profile > Hours (default is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Step 3: Upload Initial Knowledge

Go to Knowledge Base (/kb) to give your AI accurate context: - Click Upload Document to upload your price sheet or policy manual (PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, MD up to 10 MB). - Or enter your website URL in the Website Import tab to crawl your public pages automatically.

Step 4: Embed the Website Widget

Navigate to Website Widget (/widget): - Copy your unique 1-line script tag:

• Paste it immediately before the closing </body> tag of your website HTML or CMS footer.

Step 5: Run Your First Test Booking

Open the Live Demo Simulator at /demo or click the floating chat bubble on your website. Send a message like:

*"Hi, I'd like to book an appointment for tomorrow morning."*

The AI will check your services, identify open time slots based on your schedule, collect your contact details, and create an appointment in your Appointments dashboard (/appointments).
