Brand the Operator platform with custom logos, colors, favicons, and custom domain names.
Under Agency > Branding (/agency/branding), agencies can re-skin the platform:
- Platform Name: Replaces all references to "Operator" with your agency's brand name.
- Logo & Favicon: Upload custom brand logos and browser favicons.
- Color Scheme: Define custom primary, secondary, and accent colors.
- Custom CSS: Inject agency CSS stylesheets to modify dashboard presentation.
Agencies can map custom domains (e.g., app.youragency.com) via addAgencyDomainAction:
1. In your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Route53), create a CNAME record:
- Host: app (or desired subdomain)
- Value: cname.operator.ai (or your assigned deployment hostname)
2. In Operator under Agency > Domains, enter your custom domain and select domain type (portal, client, or widget).
3. Click Verify Domain. Once verified, client users will access the dashboard under your agency domain.
Configure your custom email sender: - Sender Name: (e.g., *"Apex Reception Desk"*). - Sender Domain: Connect your custom domain via DKIM and SPF records so all notifications, password resets, and appointment receipts originate from your domain.
